team orientated? [T/V]

Will T/V be as team orientated as tribes 2?
id love to see the same ingame community like in T2, like when u joined a clan you were actually registered officially as in the clan with the game.
and the great chat system. I really enjoyed this aspect of T2 as it made the game more personal and friendly. it would be great to see it in T/V.

they said they're not going to re-create anything that already exists outside of the game.

meaning you'll probably have to make do with mIRC, tribalwar.com, and teamwarfare.com

i'm for this, because i'd rather they spend their extra time giving me little do-dads or chat or script/hud thingies i can play with.

yeah i liked the registered teams database thingy, that was cool.

shrug. i know very little coding and have no idea how simple it is to write that kind of code. But still, i'd rather have them work on instituting a built-in TV.cs or scavengermode.cs than building that database:)

Thrax has already mentioned multiple times that the game will not have the built-in community that T2 had.

I think it should ATLEAST have a built in connection to irc, ala T1's ingame thing... that you CAN access via mirc.

Oriented, vehicle, and I think in-game community features are wasteful reproductions of already existing programs and services.
