I like 1, its less of a cluttered piece of shit than the others.

i like the fact that you can actually see the disk in #1. id like 3 better if they maybe removed some of the bulkyness and made the disk visible.

Actually, it looks like you can see the disc in #3, but it's not blue. It looks kind of wierd having the disc so far forward in the launcher. #3 is still the best though.

#1 looks like it's made of LEGO.

And yes, the disc should be closer to the player. It needs some space to get accelerated to such a high speed.

btw, #2 because it has cool colors

is the equivalent of cg_drawGun 0 going to be in Tribes 3, Thrax? (weapon specific would be cool too, if it weren't possible via client-side scripting)
