seems i've blown out my 3rd disc in my back (actually this time I've blown out one I already had work on) and I've been having major sciatic pain.

ya you should have seen the needle they shoved in my spine yesterday... thought they were injecting playdoh it was so thick....oh and that was without anesthesia cuz I wasn't told not to eat before. They normally knock you out for the procedure.

I get 2 more direct injections in the next month (they help a lot) if the disc doesn't shrink...after that, I get my 3rd battle scar.
