How bout a confirmed PUBLIC BETA date?? That'd rock!! :)

The Next Big Update will be in February supposedly. Until then, we'll probably just get a bunch of screenshots and a bunch of regurgitated news articles. I think in Feb. we will learn the confirmed gametypes and probably the rest of the confirmed weapons and stuff.

Holy crap Feb? Legends updates more often than that :p (and thats saying someting). Anyway, guess it's going to be a boring couple of months. Few new screens (even if its just the same old stuff) would be nice.

Fair enough - here's the second installment of Menzo's "What's coming up for Tribes"

- A new interview went up today on Gamer's Pulse - it's at http://www.gamerspulse.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=Interviews&file=index&req=showcontent&id=108
- We'll be releasing info on a new weapon and possibly a new vehicle later this month. We might also start releasing info on the packs in the game. We're still working on details
- A new designer diary will go up some time this month. It's currently being written
- UK readers will probably see a bunch of new screens and some new info about Tribes: Vengeance in an upcoming issue of PC Zone about hot games in 2004
- The next big update with lots of new information won't be until late January or early February, but it'll be worth the wait

Yeah it was one of those free signups, you get spam from Active Daily's once every two weeks for it. Too bad the magazine blows chunks and they only do consoles.
