changing radeon fan?

I have a Radeon 7500, and I need it to last until next spring.. The fan has decided to not operate anymore -- I discovered this about 3 weeks ago, I unscrewed the fan and removed the label, and put some oil in the bearing, then it worked for a bit, but now it has decided to go south again.

So, how hard is it to change the fan? I assume I'll have to change the heatsink too, as the ATI fan appears to be pretty non-standard.

Because I'm saving all my money for a massive upgrade next summer

Its really just like doing the heatsink/fan combo on a cpu... its not hard.
