OK, first off let me tell you I'm not computer hardware savy. With that being said...
I just got a 120gb 7200 HD, I want to install in my computer.
I currently have 1-60gb and a 40gb on the Primary IDE controller.
On my secondary controller I have a CD rom drive, and a CD burner.
Now my question is can I install a 3rd hard drive in my computer without removing anything? if so, How?

^ that's your only option if you don't want to remove a device.

Not his only option.
A) Buy a new motherboard with RAID onboard (letz you have up to 8 drives now)
B) Buy a usb kit so you can use it as a external drive
and IDE CONTROLLER is around $20-$30+shipping. Half the price of a new motherboard but it depends on what you have. Easiest way is to get a new controller
Personally i would get a RAID controller so I could have the option of doing raid later on

yeah, but buying a new motherboard to get a raid controller is stupid.
