Hey - When you install Win2k it asks you if one person will use this PC (always log in using 'this' user) or if you will show a login box @ start.
How do you get it so it will auto login w/ one account, or so the user is not presented w/ a login box, once you've set it up as multi-user w/ login box?
I'm familiar with Autologin reg stuff from NT and I was going to do that, but I was wondering if there is another way to do it.
Thanks!!

blank password might work.
if not, get TweakUI from Microsoft and have it do it.
TweakUI is win. :bigthumb:

It's under the "Network Identification" thing in windowskey+pausebreak (sys properties)..
There you can say "assume this user is always logged in"..

There is a tech section that this kinda thing should be in, the people there are fast, polite, and going to have a 75% higher chance of knowing what the hell they're talking about then those that answer in the general discussion.
