Uh, yeah. That's more than a bit high.

What are you using to cool that thing?

130F is 54C, that's not that high. Is that 54C under full load or idling?

He just said it was 87C.

iNVAR

 and i think he is too. it's either 87C or 87F, but it can't be either of those AND 137F.

:wtf:

87c *2=174 +32=206f

87f -32=55 /2=27.5c

that's not how you convert the temperatures

87C * 9/5 + 32 = 188.6
87F -32 * 5/9 = 30.6

5/9 is hardly 1/2.

oops

Cpu Temperature - 56C - 132F

System Temperature - 30C - 86F

Cpu Fan - 5120 RPM

System Fan - 0 RPM (???)

iNVAR

and is that 56C under load or idle? what does it read under load? (after running prime95 for a long time, at least 30 minutes)

DarKSouL_BC

idle

in my book thats quite hot... of course i think anything over 45 degrees to be pushing it

iNVAR

how about under load? and prime95 it. if you crash, you most likely have cpu stability problems.

DarKSouL_BC

whats prime95?

iNVAR

:google:

it's a program that'll do some really complex computations on your system to stress things including your cpu.

ran the test for 2 mins, didnt lock up.
