so I got one cuz it was dirt cheap, but when I have the tv-in to watch tv on my monitor, it has just random static spots all over, kinda like when you have bad reception. It shouldnt be the tv signal nor the cable itself because I checked with my tv and it's crisp. I cant find any articles online since these cards are not very popular so I was wondering if anyone can help me out.
