Need somebody to do some quick PHP programming. Very easy stuff, just need it quick and don't have the time to do it.
2 parts:
1: Pull info from flat single table in MySQL. Person will enter info to a single input field. Just need to disply info from a couple more fields based on that. Otherwise display a not found.
2: Again, single input field to pull data. Then allow update of information. Update info, incriment a count of the update, insert date of update.
That's it. Just need somebody that can do it quickly.
