[T1] New zAdMiN version

I made a new version of zAdmin, it will probably be the final version. New features are:

- Updated preferences system
- Anti-Rape option
- Anti-Repair option (so players can't ruin pubs by repairing RT and Motion turrets)
- MEGA muting (in game only), completely mutes a player
- Pickup Mode (server password is set to "pickup" at all times, with overflow kicking in correctly)
- Included my T1 Timestamp patch so you can do native timestamping without an external program
- Fixed flagskip bug (Sloppy example from Fstat)
- Fstat 2.0 CVP patch check advising players to not play with a CVP .exe on non Fstat servers
- I think that's it

I hope I didn't add any bugs since it's on 5150 LoL!

And the Fstat2 thing will warn anyone who is using a CVP .exe not to use it on non Fstat servers

It modifies your Tribes.exe (makes a new .exe) to allow server checks againts cheats and to stop people using interpolate (upto the server admin).

You need this patch to play on Fstat 2.0 servers.

Since I dont use the console much I know it wasn't me
but it's removed now.

Edit: Tef, the pw is an overflow one. Only 5150 know it. The rest of us have to wait until it's 23/24.

just a shame that i get auto booted from heaven, and not to long ago, i couldnt use my repair kits on 5150 w/e. I even uploaded my exact same config, and yet others were able to with no probs. even made a .rec file.

wish they'd keep the fagget zadmin coders who have no life, away from the only remaining servers that are worth a damn.
