[IRC Help] Software caused connection abort

Hey, just moved into my dorm and im getting "[10053] Software caused connection abort" when I try to connect to IRC. Any help would be nice, thanks in advance.

btw, I tried connecting with twIRC, mIRC, and Scoop's IRC. And as a requirement, the had everyone with XP get the the XP Service Pack I, so that's prolly the prob, but i dunno.

I would get dropped from irc al the time with that error using MIRC and XP until I started using Trillian.

Looking in the MIRC forums it's a known issue and I never did find a fix.

Error is usually casued when the LAN you are on looses it's internet connection, happens to me often when my LAN server likes to say that I shouldn't be online and kicks me off the ip forwarding.
