T1 skin help

Ok, I just got all new skins, I used to use the z2's skins from Hem's site. So I got all the ones I needed, renamed the files, replaced, blah blah blah and only the sniper rifle, plasma, mortar, and grenade launcher work :\ I'm not sure if the ELF gun works, but I'm pretty sure it does, since I never had a skin for it before

The blaster comes out all messed up like it was made in MSpaint and the chaingun and spin just stay at my old skin.

I've reatedly replaced skins with the new ones, and nothing is working :( Help

So the blaster and cg are the only ones that don't work? I'd say someone messed up when the makeskined the blaster (or perhaps they didn't do it). As for the cg, are your skins in vol files? Sounds like you still have the old one to me.

Nope, I have .bmp's and the only one that looks weird is the blaster, the disc and the cg just plain don't work.

blaster was probably makeskin'd with the wrong palette, and make sure your disc and chaingun .bmp's are in your skins folder
