Problems with Lotus Domino and Notes 4.6 [Archive]

This is an odd question. I'm the furthest thing from a Lotus Notes guru, but I have been pressed into service administrating a Domino server here at work. It seems to work fine, except for some reason, certain names do not show up in the server's address book for different users. I find this odd, since people are supposed to directly access the database for it, and open it right from the server. But I have users who just don't have certain users appearing in their version of this address book. Example:

Server Address Book
Mike A Dewine
Angela G Bates
Roscoe P Coletrain
Hannibal L Lecter
Judy M Quizno

Problem Client PC
Mike A Dewine
Angela G Bates
Judy M Quizno

I really dont know what may be causing this, or what to do to fix it. Hopefully a few of you have worked with Domino before.
