Links tree for desktop? [Archive]

I'm looking for a program to be able to organize my desktop links, kinda in a tree layout. One group, opens up to links, can be shrunk down on click.

Not sure if Litestep would do this, and I don't want something that eats RAM as fast as water like WindowsBlinds.

Ideas?

I've never heard of anything that does that.
