Ok after i start Tribes 2 for Online play... it goes through checks patches then launches and i get this before it even changes my screen

And i recently had Tribes2 working earlier with a old Voodoo 4 i reinstalled Tribes 2 after i swapped it for a Radeon 9200
Currently running:
AMD 1700XP
RAM 192MB
Mobo (Unknown)
Video Radeon 9200 128mb DDR
Audio Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
Windows 2000 SP 3
DirectX 9.0b
