IE Pop-Up Macro/Virus/Worm/Lame-thing

Since I got the blaster worm a couple days ago I've been getting popups from IE like mad. Whenever I open the first IE window I normally get a pop up or two. Then randomly I got more popups, normally when I open a new IE window.

I just updated my virus definitions and it found the RCP worm and removed it, and it didn't find anything else.

Sooo I'm not sure if the worm put something in IE, or what it did, but is there anything I can use to remove.. umm.. apparently built in pop up ads?
