"RUN" problem with IE

After a while of being logged on to my computer. If i try to use RUN to connect to a website, this is what happens

any ideas what this might be or how to fix it? thanks.

oh yeah, i forgot to ask, when you're trying to do a run for the site, are you putting in http://www.google.com or just www.google.com for example?

Is there a particular reason you want to open browsers that way?

because it should work. i run my urls that way.

for some reason it's just natural for me to hit the run... it's just a keystroke.

*shrug*... like kenric said, it should work either way :(

I can think of so many easier ways of opening a browser...

how hard is that? and how much easier can it possibly get?
