Tirroth 08-04-2003, 04:20 PM So far. All i have read is that CB got his stuff stolen. Nothing really substantial stolen if at all from mitch or oni. When they accused Mitch and oni of stealing they made excused. Far fetched ones from what i think.
CB posted that his room was trashed and their shit gone threw out of their bags(i presume). Wouldn't you think obviously that mitch and oni had their bags in the room too(reason to go back into the room). IF the room was already trashed i would think that their bags too would of been ransacked for goods. That would right away(no matter how sick i am) set off alarms that someone has been here. Reguardless if the room was left open or not.
I am not saying mitch or oni is guilty of anything(yet) but shit, circumstantial evidence is piling up...Plus their story is kinda weird. By the age of 18, i would hope people are smart enough to go to a local hospital if you are passing out, rather then driving hours to get home.

Who said that it was definately them and that they were already going to jail for the shit? No one. People are simply speculating on what might have happened, and the late entry of Oni to the thread really fueled the fires for some people. Some people have their minds made up one way or another. Most people just want the stuff returned, etc. The fact that this even took place is bullshit enough to warrant some suspicions on all sides. Now that there are suspicions, people want them either confirmed or erased.
Did that make any sense to you? I think I rambled with a couple of thoughts in there, and typed it on phone.

I said I thought i saw it, im not sure. i didnt pay close attention, it wasnt a priority to go scouting around to see if shit was missing. Everytime you go home do you ch eck your shit incase somethings missing? I know i dont. I was sicker than hell and getting worse, that was the main reason for us leaving. I just spent this morning in the hospital, and i can prove this as well, i can prove i had a flat tire, but i dont see how the tire matters ( someone mentioned it like it did) point is.. you cant convict on circumstantial evidence, im talking to amun as I type this post out. sure they can get bitchy and ask questions and thats about it. this isnt a stolen car, and me nor mitch have prior records. Its across state lines. In actuality any property lost is the room holders responsibility, amuns father, not soley ours. Even though i said it was everyones as i think it should be, we all had key cards, one is missing, those doors obviously arent secure very well. and ontop of that.. amun just told me the hotel didnt even charge them for the extra charges, which only 1 ( ethernet for one day) and possibly a second for a phone call i made home would have been mine, so the only thing is all of our missing stuff
