Running T1 (as a client) behind a firewall without admin access....

Okay, ports 28000-28001 for T1 are apparently blocked by the IT guy here (who I'm not sure is really into playing Tribes during lunch like me).

Is there any way to route the info through the HTTP ports? I'm guessing no, since the servers are set to look for those specific ports.

Or am I wrong? Anyone know an easy way around this?

Right now, I can't connect to the master servers.

HTTP traffic tends to get very low priority at routers that pay attention to things like that. So even if you could set up a proxy outside the firewall that changed your port 80 traffic to 28000 and vice-versa for the return packets, your ping would suffer gruesomely.
