[T1 Release] Target Laser Beam Colors++

Well, seeing all these requests for Target Laser colors, I decided to do a quick recolor job. I didn't test these at all so let me know if there's any problems.

If I didn't make the color you want, too bad.

Target Laser Colors:

Note: These will work with all video modes.
Note²: Comes with Target Laser Gun to match beam.
