what nspectre did might border on a civil suit, but thats about it. I guess the guy could claim emotional distress, but those cases usually don't stand on their own, so he'd need like some sort of harassment case or something to even try to make it stick. Aside from that, it just comes off as a prank, so I don't think he'd have much to be worried about. At the same time, I'm not sure Col has much legal action available to him, either.
