Crystal's parents were away on vacation when she made a disturbing discovery on her father's computer: nude pictures and she was the subject.

Don't know. Maybe the father's going to sell them to www.daddysgirl.com to raise money for his divorce lawyer. Oh...that's a real link, I decided to check to see if it might be a real site. NWS NWS

"It is not against the law to photograph an adult without their consent or knowledge," she said." So pretty much they can put camera's in dressing rooms and bathrooms or is this just referring to an at home situation. Also what is the deal with tape recordings how do those every get into court if their illegal? I heard there is a loophole in recording people... that as long as they hear a beep noise then it's an indication they could be recorded so then it is legal. Anyone have any idea about the legality of this stuff?

yah they mentioned that it would be different for other states but still some ground rules I assume exists... That is probably why the tabloids can get away with printing pictures of anyone. Clothed or otherwise.

yah I mean I hope he was at least making money if he was going to risk exposing his daughter like that. That guy is a ****ing pile of ****, but if he did make some money she should definitely try to get all the profits from it in a court case, which she could possibly sue for I would assume, because it's her images generating the profits.
