All I have to say is this:
1.) If Gangrel didn't call the authorities, then I will.
2.) You're a sicko, if this is true.
3.) I have doubts about the truth of this thread, because anyone who has been working with the mentally handicapped for as long as you seem to have been, realizes their limitations, and (for the most part) would never take advantage of someone like this. This is simply disgusting, and you deserve punishment for using someone who has a mental handicap.

5.) I really hope you're really kidding, because I would REALLY, REALLY hate to have ever associated myself with you if this is true.
6.) I read every page, up to this point, and I still hold doubt in my mind that you (or anyone) would do this. I suppose that this is a question of decent, acceptable morals, versus horrible, unacceptable morals( by a standpoint viewing your actions by a normal society standard).
7.) If this is true, you deserve all of the prison time you may get, plus several years, until this tortured individual can feel truly redeemed.
8.) You're a sicko. This hopefully isn't true, for the sake of the girl, your, and your family. I don't know how I should react to a situation like this, because I don't want or intend to harm your families reputation, or keep your mother from working with people she understands, and helps, just because you don't understand, or even attempt to help them. Instead, if this is true, you try to harm them by molesting them.
9.) If this IS true, then I hope you recieve a fair trial.
10.) reserving comment until you tell me whether or not this is true. by posting this, metaphorically, you took a jump off of mount everest with a spoon as your parachute. I hope this is all false, and the spoon holds you up, for this girls sake, your sake, and your family's sake. If it is true, then the spoon will break, or not hold your weight (whichever is more pleasant to you). However, if it is false, (and I hope it is) then I hope you come forward with the truth before I call the appropriate authorities.
11.) If this is true, you need to STOP IMMEDIATELY!!! You're potentially taking advantage of this girl (I call her a girl as a 25 year old, who realizes that this is wrong...something you should have done before this even started. I won't even do a 21 year old, because of emotional immaturity. Much less an 18 year old with downs syndrome). I say potentially, because, like some others, I think that you might be throwing out an idea, then throwing logs on the fire(flames) in order to get a response.
I hope this helps you to achieve your goals, because I believe that you're not stating the real facts, but simply searching for attention, and thinking about this, but not actually doing this.
If you're not, then, as I said, I hope you get a fair trial.
