presario 1277 + ac adapter.
Laptop powers on but does not boot, it was given to me. I don't care enough for it to try and fix it, could be bad ram, bad cpu, something of that sort, either way you get a buncha working components and 1 bad component, just the battery and ac adapter are over $100.
Here are some basic specs I found on it, no idea how accurate these are

Naw, just powers on and spins up(hd and fans)
I'm thinking ram, vid card, or cpu, laptop worked fine for a long time and then one day started doing this(not booting) I figured whether than put time into fixing it I could get a quick 100 bucks.

Wow I'm so tempted...
If its video, that's an expensive repair since the video is integrated on the mainboard.
If its RAM, that's not so bad. An SODIMM wouldn't set me back more than $80.
If its the CPU... Where the hell would I get an AMD K62 433MHz?
