Another Model Update

well it's about time to give out some more models. So first off again here is the link for all the files

and now what I have done. Well in this little update I have included the grenade launcher, disc launcher, mortar launcher, and the blaster. Yes they are all animated. There is only one bug that I know of. When you very first spawn the disc in the launcher isn't spinning. You can pretty much do anything else and it will work. Pretty dam wierd bug but I will fix it later though.

I optimized the lods about as far as they could go without looking stupidly plane (i.e. just a box). And here are the screens for everyone's eyecandy.

and yes I will have the rest of the weapons in the next version. And I hope I can fix the disc bug as I have had some real assholes complaining about it already. Anyway have fun.

i attempted to make a disc spin using idle data... but it just makes the disc launcher repeat fire sequence:(

ps is uploading it pack again... tried to dl it and canceled me out... then dl again and said 300 bytes... tried again 900 bytes...

hey ps... duno if i fixed it yet but the flyer animation for grav is funky looking cause you got the player facing upright rather then bike style... if you can.. just add that animation rather then adjusting it... that way it could be used for mods.. what not..

EDIT: btw you accidently dropped item.cs into your pack

i got huge update i'll give out later on... has lots of new projectile data... gernades,missiles, discs, mortars, elf and what not...

edit: disc spin is now in affect!!! it will be in the new update

To all the modelers, have any of you planned on repositioning the weapons so that they don't stick out as far. The work you've done has been amazing and wonderful. The only thing that bothers me sometimes is the distance they stick out in front. If it's something you plan on doing in the future, waiting for me is fine. I just would like to know its on your mind.

well I specifically line the weapons up with the hand of the T2 player model perfectly. I dunno bout anyone else but that is the reason they seem to stick out so far on mine.

course it would look gay if all the other players you saw had weapons that were sticking out of their forearms.

vise versa for low res ppl... really isn't much we can do... i despise the look fov does to all the weapons... even to the original weapons... i know its real simple to just move it back for you folks... so don't think its to much of a problem

check that one out... don't think it has any bugs... has disc spin along with spining disc projectile...

i tried adding the muzzle affect to projectile.... didn't look alright... i try at later time. i also tried animating disc case.... doesn't seem to be working but i'll see what i can do
