I've released 2 new client side CTF maps.

Frozen Glory and Frozen Giant

Both of these maps are based around the same set of new custom prefabs that I created in worldcraft. Each map also has it's own new Skybox that I made. Both maps also have support for the DnD game type.

Frozen Glory - 700 points to win / Flag to Flag Distance = 786m
Frozen Giant - 600 points to win / Flag to Flag Distance = 1325m

i dunno about having the flag inside like that. buildings are usually problematic for dead stopping in classic. Have to give it a shot though.

Yeah. Looks like a few well placed pulse sensors combined with that low roof would make passage by a capper difficult.

which isn't always a bad thing.

^ Word. Plus if a cheesy tactic like placing pulse sensors in the flag area is used, they wouldn't be up for long. The flags on these frozen maps are more accessible than the flags on DBF, or Beggars.

if you call that non-exposed I guess you've never played rollercoaster

there's like 10 metres between the flag and the roof

Play with it some more. My team practice on Beggars for awhile and figured out how to stop the evil gnomes from poppin up and grabbin your ankles.
