A simple script, lets you vote kick people with commands like !votekick typed into global chat instead of using the Lobby gui. Also !voteinfo dumps info on a player including their GUID.

not an original idea, it's been done in IRC for years, probably in T1, and probably in T2, couldn't find any one else's script for this purpose, so I wrote my own. A loser on one of my favorite servers was running an exploit that flooded the server and at the same time made the Lobby GUI inoperative, so I wrote this to do it from the chat window.
