BUT - you need to move on. Gandalf is right, and more than just legally. Yeah, it's a nice touch of vengeance to make her give everything back. Now, just think of what's she's going to go through for the next 5 years when she finds something that you got her. She's going to remember you, and remember what she had, and think of what might have been. Meanwhile, you're out banging away on some other chick that understands what trust and respect mean in a relationship.
In short - let her keep the shit - you really, really don't need any of it back.
Edit: BTW - I like the decision on the pics. That takes some real strength to honor a promise given everything else. That alone tells quite a bit about you.

i respect Blitz for not posting the pics. He's proven that he's the bigger person here. He refuses to bring himself down and compromise his values, in a situation where most peoples values would fly out in the window in favor of revenge. A promise is a promise, and doesnt become invalid when the person you promised does something to hurt you, unless your morals are so flexible that your word is only valid when the person is in your good books.
