Packet Loss Problems

Recently in my house the dsl began getting run through a Linksys wireless-g broadband router to one computer and up to a small hub that connects to two computers. the one comp connected directly to the router has no problems but on the other comps i have experienced alot of pl, ranging from 4 pl to like 50. i am unable to load webpages and download lots of the time, but other times there are no problems.

With a hub, there's no bandwidth guarentee... the 10Mbit is shared across all ports on the hub. So if your mother is dling 2 gigs of porn while you're trying to play, it's prolly going to have adverse effects on you.

yea but i still get this pl when no one else is using the other comps
