DDR Memory

I'm thinking of upgrading, and I was going to go with a nForce2 board.

The memory is where I'm not so sure. I'm gonna go with PC3200 DDR Ram, but looking at Corsair I found two different entries:

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 256MB 32MX8 PC-3200C2 With Heat Spreader OEM
Specifications:
Speed 400MHz
Organization 64M x 64
CAS Latency 2-3-3-6-T1

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series, Low Latency 256MB 32MX64 PC-3200LL With Heat Spreaders.
Specifications:
Speed 400 MHz
Organization 32M x 64
CAS Latency 2-2-2-6-T1

Now is there much of a difference I would see in my system between these two? One is 98 bucks and one is 112 bucks. Only 14 bucks more, but would I even SEE any results (fps, speed wise) in my machine using one over the other?

Any help is appreciated ;)

The results will be seen if the rest of the components are good enough to max out the potentials. For $14.00 I wouldn't care though, just cough up the dough :)

agressive ram timings actually can boost about 5-10fps on some systems... so it doesnt hurt to have a little extra power in the system
