hmmmm why does it say celeron?
and why do you have Intel Extreme Graphics?
Sounds like a cooling issue... :drevil:

the vid card isn't hot at all, i have a fan on it
Maybe its not the video card. :p
How are your temps? Have you tried opening the case and pointing a table fan at it while you play?
That's probably the easiest test, and a good starting point in your case.
What could it hurt?

that's what i am talking about, i have a big ass fan to the side of it with the case off of the computer pointing inside the case to cool down everything. Intel Extreme Graphics is what it came with but it's disabled in device config because i couldn't delete it for good, and it is a celeron processor i guess? :o

you need to go into your bios and disable it.
Jaguar

i can't disable it, there is an option to either use pci or onboard and it's set to pci
Then its disabled, but you should check it again.
You wouldn't see "Video Chipset: Intel® Extreme Graphics" if the OS was using your GeForce.
So that's one thing.
And you have a Celery. Big deal. Its not exactly a P4 though.
"Installed Operating System: Microsoft® Windows® XP Home Edition"
/me cringes.

Hmmmmm onboard or pci... are you sure that's not the "Initialize first" option or whatevre it is? If so, that won't disable it. Is there a jumper on the motherboard somewhere?

The Intel 845 chipset has the Intel Extreme Graphics integrated. The shared VRAM gave it away too.

i'm trying to update my bios and then disable everything i need to for my vid card to work properly, however i can't find the bios update and i don't know where to look on the mobo to find the code
Well you can start by telling us the brand... :p
I'm pretty sure we can narrow it down from there.
