well whatever the shit it does i ping 105 - 100+ when i use stripped and 40 - 70 when i use VP or anything else. network settings are the same

We actually have caps :O With some providers, after you reach the cap, they throttle your speed, down to anywhere between 28K and 72K ... welcome to Australia :D Even though the bandwidth has been throttled to nearly the equivalent of modem speeds your ping still remains low (40-60). So I'm pretty sure I can conclude that ping is not related to your bandwidth. I could be wrong though, I'm just making educated and well thought out guesses. Actually it will if it's bad enough, but it's virtually impossible for such a fast script pack to cause any noticable lag.
