Printer Troubles

Hey guys,

I just got a new printer.. Hp officejet v40xi, printer scanner,copier fax in one.. Anyways everything is setup it prints fine but only in a blue green color or black. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

did you do the alignment and everything for it? IF the alignment test is way off that could be it. THen you can always re-install the drivers and software for it ;)

Or the cartridge for Megenta is clogged/damaged/empty.

Print a test page, and hopefully it will have some color tests to show you what cartridge is borked.

Shouldn't you have gone straight to HP first?

Or even the place you bought it?
