Moniter Problem

All the sudden my moniter made a single *click* sound and now has a purple/pink look to everything. Is the moniter going bad or is it config problem?

Smack it around some. Seriously.

See if its just a loose connection.

If you heard a pop though, you're looking at a blown color gun (or two), which means NEW MONITOR FOR J00!

Thanks for the advice. I had tried smacking it around but to no avail. So I slid my cpu back into its little cubby in my desk and low and behold the monitor clicks back to normal (woohoo).

That would be a bad wire. :D If you wanted to fix it, it shouldn't cost very much at the right shop.

Loose pin on the connector. Make sure the thumbscrews are tightened and the cord is not stressed.
