"Nearly" all the fonts were made using pftedit (http://www.team5150.com/~andrew/project.tribesfont/pftedit.exe) (included in the zip).

pftedit is a program Andrew made for ease of creating fonts. Him and I started project.font some time around 23rd of October, on one boring morning. It continuez to this day.

All of the above come unsupported by me. That means the second you click that link, you're on your own.
