[T2] release, repair beams

Since I could only find Blue and Green repair beams (plus the default red) I made some of my own:

Mav, you ever seen that one that is rainbow?

ive seen the shocklance beam thats a rainbow, think theres one for the elf. havent seen one for the repair.

I may have been mistaken. I just remember a nice ass rainbow looking beam and someone repairing a station.

I didn't know what it was for but it had looked as if he was repairing the station, so I might be wrong.

Shocklancing the station. It's a common way to get a screenshot of the sl effect.
