The Truth about old_skul

Day-um, this thread grew fast.

The way I see it, we've got three camps of folks in this thread:
Those that believe Groover;
Those that believe Cheater; and,
Those that won't believe either without more proof.

I find myself in the third camp.I remember the original "Groover" accident thread(s) and it seemed to me that old_skul and Cheater were both pretty concerned about her at the time. I remember them both being extremely elated when she came out of the coma and kept the community updated with her progress. I remember Orby getting excoriated by the community when he posted the infamous, "Shit happens" reply. That doesn't sound to me like someone who's fucking around with guys and siphoning off their comatose girlfriend's credit card funds.

However, that doesn't mean that old_skul didn't smack her around before and/or after Groover got better.

/me shrugs.

No matter who is right or wrong, who is telling the truth or lying, this is all very sad.

I wish the best for everyone involved, and hope that everyone who needs some help gets it.

btw just so ya know. I am not supporting either side, I am playing devils advocate. She could be just vengeful woman, but I wouldn't doubt there is some truth to what she said(like lack of visiting her in the hospital, etc....) who knows though. I don't think we will ever know, and that whole overeaction thing that Cheater posted goes very well with that she said in her first post about getting the cops called on her. So it seems like that part of the story matches up.....
