Well, several of you want this so I will put it here

Make tuna salad( this type works best)

1 can tuna, drained
2 hardboiled eggs
Mayo
mustard

Make tuna salad, butter two peices of bread, place cheese on 1 peice of bread, put in pan, place amount of tuna salad on bread(on top of chese) place another peice of chese on top of tuna, place another peice of buttered bread on top

cook like grilled cheese......

Very tasty

I thought the usual layering was bread, tuna, then cheese.

Its also pretty good when you just eat it open-faced...2 little sammiches instead of 1 big one

openfaced is good also, although it requires a bit more work to eat
