Sichuan pepper - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is quite a tasty pepper. My roommate is from Sichuan and I have used it in many different dishes to tasty results. I've used in Thai-style peanut stir fries and in Sichuan hot pots.
Now I just randomly ground some up with some black pepper and used it in a ridiculously good fucking omelette. I've become convinced it is one of the greatest peppers I've ever had and I want to pass on the information.
