Newbie itunes question

I was gifted itunes $ and bought some albums like a year ago. Since then I got a new computer. How do I retrieve the albums I bought? My old computer is gone so transferring them isnt an option. I assume I can re d/l them since I bought them but I cant find any options in itunes to re D/L items I previously bought.

iTunes Store: Purchased songs, videos, iPod Games, and albums can be downloaded only once

You're boned. Back up your shit next time... can't be expecting Apple to hold onto all your music for you free of charge for the rest of your life. So, much like losing a physical CD, you can lose your purchased iTunes music.
