from now on, we get less light every day till finally the earth freezes over, everything dies, and a suffocating coat of solidified water covers everything the eye can see.

till the darkest days of the year, when all hope seems to be lost ...the man in red comes bearing gifts and the cold dead planet slowly begins the cycle anew.
 
Unless you are lucky enough to live in Australia ( or anywhere in the Southern Hemisphere for that matter)

I was thinking about this today. I want summer to last forever. I like the the weather in the fall but the light makes me depressed :[

Because it's miserable unless you are in a pool or body of water. Can't do shit outside.
