DQ8 was better than almost every FF game I've played. FF sucks now and is all about tired cliches, cinematics and auto-play.
 
let's not degenerate into our usual argument about how which ff was best this time since we all know that i pretty much definitively proved that it's 8

FF8 was an abortion. You have to quit after the first disk because the orphan thing just totally dropped the ball.
