They are trying to be more like Bing apparently. I am also not a fan of the new YouTube layout either.

I don't understand who decided it was a good idea to move the volume button from the right side to the left.

And yes the new youtube layout sucks completely

I got it a few times in the last couple of weeks. I managed to get rid of it by removing and re adding the url in my search bar.
