change of fingerprints

where's tha van!?

I recently had a friend who got in some serious trouble therefore the only option is to leave the country. He plans to return in 6 months to a year with a new identity only problem is the fingerprints. If anyone has any ideas or stories please let me know, thanks.
 
jean claude van damme cut off his thumbprint and put it on an eraser that he attached to a lever on a pivot that turned and pressed the thumbprint onto the scanner when a cigarette burned down and water dripped down to some level i think

Actually all he needs is to fly back into the country. Or Mexico and walk across.

Or Canada and walk across.
