Easy Brownies (cakey)

I'm getting bored waiting for the silly little 24hr thing that keeps me from posting in the General Discussion forum. So here's some simple brownies anyone can make!

6 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup flour
2 eggs

Preheat your oven to 325°F.

Melt your butter then add the cocoa powder. Then you need to add sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/3 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt, and mix it all together till it's like pudding.

Coat your pan to keep the brownies from sticking and being a pain in the bum when they're finished. Sprinkling flour on it might help too.

Pour your mix into your favorite pan and bake for about 35 mins. When you poke a touth pick in and it comes out clean then it's all done.

I like it with ice cream and chocolate syrup.

I cant seem to find any touth picks? where can I get some?

These would be much better if you put a stick of butter on a very low heat and whack some bud in and leave it to soak on a warm heat for a couple of hours. Strain it well then mix it in and enjoy the ride.
