TW and JapTV have similar tastes in humor

Yeah, its hard to not like and not be frightened by Motoxbudd.

I assume that the second guy who comes into the room is a well known actor who plays a police officer in an action show. The other police guy calls out his character's name when he enters.
 
The second guy that comes in is the host of a pretty famous Japanese prank show, I believe. The guy who's getting pranked moans "you're kidding me" at the end when he realizes who it is.
