[HELP]80's/90's fight movie

help me remember this movie.

I think it's early 90's late 80.

It's about a guy who wants/needs to enter a fight tournament organised by some douchebag.

He gets trained by 2 guys one trainer is in a weelchair or needs sticks cause the douchebag ran him over when he won the fight when they were young.

they train in a cabin in the woods or something and one of the tasks involved is moving a giant boulder (eventually he realises he needs to use water to do it)

sidekicks is such a badass movie

i mean the dude has asthma and when his partner doesnt show, chuck norris joins his team at the competition
