I just saw this ad. I'm curious if the photographer or whoever directs these photo shoots did this as a joke.
 
i think at most photo shoots the models just stand wherever they want and they just take a few shots

obviously that's what happened here.

how you could perceive this as a joke is beyond me.
 
It's pretty obvious that there were 4 individual shoots, 1 for each couple and 1 for each single. Then they were composited in photoshop. So, most likely it was some gay guy from their ad department's design team.
