just wanted to start off and say that I somehow doubt this is healthy, but I really enjoy it. I'm 5'10 140 so I don't really get fat.

On to the recipe!

Ingredients:
2-4 pieces of White/Wheat sliced bread.
Butter
1-2 Eggs
Salt n Pepper
Bacon Bits(prefer real bacon, but I don't have any nor would I want to make it)
Mayo(optional)

Go ahead and turn the stove on medium/medium high. Place enough butter in the pan to cover the bottom after its melted.

Once the butter is all melted down, go ahead and crack the eggs into the pan. You could certainly do this with scrambled(which i'm way better at cooking) but I prefer the yolk to kinda break into the bread while I'm eating it.

Go ahead and drop two pieces of toast into your toaster now(don't do all 4 at once if you have those badass quad-slice toasters).

After the egg white has gone from translucent to white(+/- 10 seconds) I flip them.

I'm not very graceful.

I generally wait untill my toast is done(about a minute) to take the pan off the stove.

Go ahead and grab your plate, LIGHTLY butter the bottom two pieces of your toast, and place the egg's on top. You need to now start the other two pieces of toast. This is also assuming you're making two sandwiches, but I prefer to split the toast up so there's not one sammich with really fresh toast, versus one thats been waiting to be eaten.

Now you need to add a SMALL dash of salt, maybe none at all. Drop a little pepper, and some bacon bits.

Once the last two pieces of toast are done, either slap them on top or add a light layer of mayo(sometimes it sounds good, sometimes it doesn't.)

Well that's all there is to it! Here's the final pictures(btw i'm a ****ty photographer, and probably an even worse cook. But I had to try ;))

I cook the same way you do but I use luncheon meat instead of bacon bits. More meat.

i use to make egg sandwiches all the time as a teenager. i would break the yolk on purpose tho. Also i would melt some cheese at the end and do mayo and mustard on sandwich. Yummy and fast.
